She has undergone intensive training in Ayurveda as a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (5 1/2 years Ayurveda program) followed by Doctor of Medicine, Ayurveda (3 year Ayurvedic MD program) where she specialized in Ayurvedic Diagnostics and Pathogenesis. After coming to Canada she has integrated her Ayurvedic practice getting additional trainings in Holistic Nutrition, Base Allergy Therapy and recently completed an intensive course in Oncology Nutrition. She integrates modern nutrition in her Ayurvedic practice to provide real life solutions for women struggling with chronic digestive, metabolic and hormonal conditions
She has been actively involved in the field of Ayurveda and has presented at various conferences, organized several workshops, retreats and trainings in and around Canada to educate and help people embrace Ayurveda. She currently serves as the Faculty member of the Southern California University of Health Sciences for their Ayurveda Practitioner Program.
